Invoice Notes
Invoice notes are written to communicate any message or additional information to the buyer. Usually, the message is something that the seller or supplier would like to highlight and communicate with the buyer. As examples, the note may be about payment terms, delivery, warranty or anything related to trade. These notes can be different for different customers or products.
Following are some examples of invoice notes:
- We will dispatch the goods once payment is received in our bank account.
- The warranty does not apply to the accessories of this product.
- All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
